This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use Motiloom AI or Energy Circuit. Because the products work differently, their disclosures are separated below.

Motiloom AI is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. This age statement does not apply to Energy Circuit.
Motiloom AI is an Android app for creating images and short videos from text, selected images, and templates. The information below reflects the inspected Android build.
Adult service: Motiloom AI is for users aged 18 years and older.
We process your email when you sign in or bind an account, the server-issued UID, an app-generated guest device UUID, and whether you use guest or email login. These details support authentication, linked-email recovery, session restoration, and separation of one account owner's work from another's.
Your password is transmitted for login or email binding, but the Android client does not persist it.
Prompts, a selected input image, generation mode and settings, template identifiers, and optional additional prompts are sent to the AI service. A selected image may be uploaded to authorized object storage so the requested generation can be performed.
Task identifiers and status, generated image or video URLs and files, errors, timestamps, media type, resolution, ratio, duration, generation cost, and returned balance are used to show Works history, recover status, preview or retry tasks, and save or share results.
Android DataStore and Room may hold the active or guest UID, device UUID, login method, task-recovery metadata, prompts and source references, local preview URI, hidden state, and template favorites. Android backup is disabled for Motiloom AI.
App version, language, client state, network requests, and ordinary connection metadata such as an IP address received by a service may be used for compatibility, runtime configuration, secure API operation, abuse prevention, and request delivery.
The app can retrieve Google Play product metadata and localized prices, Billing connection state, and owned one-time product state. Internal purchase tokens remain within the Billing boundary. Checkout, acknowledgement, consumption, subscriptions, server fulfillment, and client-side credit grants are not enabled in the current build.
If you email us, we receive the address and information you voluntarily include so we can answer access, correction, deletion, safety, or support requests. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive content.
Data is used to authenticate users, fulfill generation requests, operate templates and history, restore work, save or share content, display server balances, and prepare the currently disabled Billing catalog. Motiloom AI does not sell personal data and does not use it for third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or push messaging in the inspected build.
Depending on the action you request, information may be processed by the AI backend and authorized object storage; Google Play Billing and Google Play services; Android system components you choose to use, including Photo Picker, MediaStore, and Sharesheet; vendors necessary to operate infrastructure; and authorities when disclosure is legally required. When you use Sharesheet, you choose the receiving app or person, and the selected recipient receives the file you share.
This table includes the permissions declared by the app and permissions added by its Android dependencies in the inspected merged manifest.

Motiloom AI does not request camera, microphone, precise or approximate location, contacts, calls or SMS, advertising ID, notification, or broad photo/video read permission. Android Photo Picker gives the app access only to the image you select; it does not allow the app to scan your full media library. Saving uses MediaStore where supported. Sharing is initiated by you through Android Sharesheet, using a non-exported FileProvider and temporary read access.
The advertising and advertising-identifier disclosures in this section apply only to Energy Circuit. They do not apply to Motiloom AI.
Energy Circuit is a casual puzzle game that does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other direct contact details to play. The game may process or store game progress, level completion, settings, and similar gameplay information on your device. It may also process device model, operating-system version, app version, language, general performance data, crash reports, or diagnostics supported by the device, platform, or service providers.
Energy Circuit contains advertisements that may be provided by third-party advertising partners. Those partners may collect or receive advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from network information, ad views, clicks, and interaction data to deliver, measure, and improve ads. Third-party ad networks operate under their own privacy practices. Where available, you can manage ad personalization, limit ad tracking, or reset the advertising identifier through your device settings.
Energy Circuit information may be used to provide and maintain the game, save progress, improve gameplay, display and measure advertisements, understand crashes and bugs, and protect the game from abuse, fraud, or security issues. It may be shared with providers supporting advertising, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, or platform services, which process data under their own policies and applicable law. We may also disclose information when legally required.
Energy Circuit is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect direct personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where required.
Game progress and settings may remain on the device until you clear app data or uninstall the game. Information processed by third-party providers is retained according to their policies.
